Terms of Services – Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing The Pink Lotus Academia. We strive to provide exceptional services to all our students and clients. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and cancellation policy.

1. Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation
Words with capitalized initials have specific meanings as defined below. These definitions apply regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural form.

Definitions

  • Academia (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”) refers to The Pink Lotus Academia, located at Basement Floor, E-297, 80 Feet Road, Greater Kailash Part-2.

  • Services refer to any educational programs, workshops, courses, or events offered by The Pink Lotus Academia.

  • Enrolment means a request made by you to avail of any of our services.

  • Website refers to The Pink Lotus Academia’s official platform: www.thepinklotusacademia.com.

  • You means the individual accessing or using our services, whether for personal learning or on behalf of a legal entity.


2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel your enrolment. The following cancellation terms apply:

  • Workshops & Short-Term Courses: You may cancel your enrolment up to 7 days before the scheduled start date but there will be no refund

  • Teacher Training & Long-Term Programs: Cancellation is allowed within 7 days of enrolment, but there will be no refund 

  • Private Sessions: Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance . No refund will be issued for cancellations.

3. Refund Policy

Once a cancellation request is approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days through the original mode of payment. No additional charges will be deducted.

Conditions for Refund Eligibility:

  • The request must be submitted within the eligible refund period.

  • Refunds will not be granted for digital materials, recorded sessions, or courses marked as “non-refundable.”

  • If a course has commenced, no refunds will be issued.

  • Special discounts, offers, or promotional enrolments are non-refundable.


4. Rescheduling & Transfers

If you cannot attend a course or session, we offer the option to reschedule or transfer your enrolment to a later batch or a different participant. Requests must be made at least 7 days  in advance.

Certain services and products are non-refundable, including:

6. Changes to Services

The Pink Lotus Academia reserves the right to modify or cancel courses due to unforeseen circumstances, including low enrolment or faculty availability. In such cases, students will be offered an alternative options for classes.
