Aerial Yoga has a special focus on 3 dimensional movement, conditioning & mobility.
It’s a fun combination of something new. You get to put your body in different positions and in ways you never thought you could.

The support provided by the fabric makes using aerial silks very accessible for people of all ability levels. 

 

At The Pink Lotus Academia, we use exclusive anti-gravity hammocks, made of exclusive Lycra polyester made with right amount of stretch and pull required to do the asanas comfortably. We ensure you can conveniently perform all the poses with ease and grace.

Kaavita Das’s journey of movement began at the tender age of three when she initiated training in dance. Since then, she has learnt from renowned gurus in different dance styles— creative Indian contemporary under Guru Smt. Tanushree Shankar, modern contemporary under Yuko Harada and Kathak under Smt. Sangita Chatterjee.
