WHY FIRE FLOW YOGA WAS BORN (FOUNDER’S NOTE)

 

For years, even after practising yoga, I felt restless.
I found myself complaining about life, stuck in the past, detesting my body, and constantly playing the victim.

Then something shifted.

I began a simple daily ritual —
thanking my body, practising affirmations, chanting mantras with intention, moving every day, and pausing for short moments of awareness.

Nothing changed overnight.
It took months of showing up.

And slowly, everything around me began to change —
because I was changing.

I became calmer, stronger, more grateful, and deeply connected to my body and life.

Fire Flow Yoga was born from this personal journey.
I didn’t want to keep this practice to myself.

This space is for every woman who feels she is not enough.
This is for you.

WHAT MAKES FIRE FLOW YOGA UNIQUE

 
  • Heated room (using heaters – no AC)
    Deep sweating with conscious breath
    Strong Functional Training + full yoga flow
    Goddess-inspired free flow movement

THE FIRE FLOW EXPERIENCE (CLASS FLOW)

 

Each session follows a thoughtfully designed ritual:

 

  • Warm Jeera–Lemon Water (served before class)
  • Stepping into the space – grounding & arrival
  • Invocation mantras
  • Affirmations & intention setting
  • Heat-generating breathwork
  • Functional Training (FTS)
  • Surya Namaskar
  • FTS + Full Yoga Flow
  • Affirmations & breath integration
  • Sacred free-flow goddess dance
  • Gratitude meditation for the body
  • Closing mantra
  • Cooling Jeera–Lemon–Ajwain Water (served before leaving)
  • A complete mind–body–energy reset.

PRACTICAL DETAILS

 

Days: Monday • Wednesday • Friday
Time: 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM
Format: Women-only | In-academy
Fees: ₹6,300 for 12 classes (1 month)

 

IMPORTANT GUIDELINES

 
  • The room is heated using heaters; AC will not be used
  • Expect to sweat deeply
  • Wear comfortable, breathable clothing
  • Please bring:
  • Your own yoga mat (for hygiene)
  • A towel
  • A water bottle (you will sip water throughout)
