Fire Flow Yoga is a heated, faculty-led practice created for women who want to move with intention and feel powerful in their bodies. The heat supports deeper mobility, improved circulation, and a stronger sweat response—while the flow builds endurance, focus, and confidence.

This is not a “random drop-in class.” It’s a curated, structured batch that helps you progress safely and consistently.

 

 

 

What You’ll Experience

Each session is designed to feel both intense and grounding:

 

  • Breath-led warm-up and joint preparation

  • Heated flow sequences to build endurance and strength

  • Core and stability work for posture and control

  • Deep stretching and release for hips, spine, and shoulders

  • Cooling breathwork + short relaxation to reset the nervous system
